Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
2. Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to pickup will be eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
3. No Refund
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the pickup time is non-refundable.
4. Cash Bookings
For cash-based bookings, a deposit of 10% or RM100 (whichever is higher) is required to secure the slot. This deposit is subject to the cancellation terms above.
5. No-Shows
If the client fails to appear without any prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount may be charged or the deposit forfeited.
6. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made via WhatsApp (+6017 377 5841) or email at admin@getstransport.com. Time of receipt will be based on our local time (GMT+8).
